Overall experience has been positive. I like knowing the landlords are there when I need them, which they are, but have largely left us alone during our stay. I really like living in the coach house and love having the front door open in the summer. It's been amazing have a bathtub, something I didn't have before.

I loved our flat and both Patrick and I will miss it. I think the landlords and the flat have been amazing and made our final year very wonderful and stressfree. It always felt safe, if there was an issue pat or John were quick to respond and sort it out, the layout is very homely and inviting which is what a lot of student houses lack.

I have really enjoyed living in this flat for two years. Quite sad to be leaving as longest place I’ve stayed in since moving to Sheffield. Definitely felt like home. Furnishings are great and plenty of storage for a couple. Landlords are great and quick to respond to repairs and issues. Also good at leaving you be and giving you space to make the place your home. Only issues I have had is with post, but they said they'll sort it out. Garden area is great especially when the weather is nice. Plenty of bins outside so no need to worry about not being enough room. Parking is also a great facility knowing your car is safe off the main road. WiFi has recently been an issue however Matt has been quick to respond and helpful in sorting this.

It has been brilliant. Anything we have needed has been sorted out and there have never been any problems. We liked it so much we are staying on next year
