Well kids, Halloween is just around the corner, and do you know what that means? It’s P.A.R.T.Y time! Yes, the hangover of Fresher’s week has just about faded, and Bonfire Night seems like a long way off (there’s a least an entire week to go!) so we all need something to fill the long autumn nights of Reading Week, and what better than a Halloween party?!? Let us be honest, everyone will have to cope with a mental health issue within their lifetime. We all experience loss, grief, pain, fear, depression, sadness at some point. These emotions and how we deal with them depends on how robust our mental health at the time. We cannot expect to feel 100% all the time. The problems arise when we feel we cannot cope with the present situation.

If you are thinking about ending your life, then just know that this is a perfectly normal reaction to an enormous amount of stress, but it is also a warning sign that you need to seek help. Before you research methods, just know that suicide is not painless. It is not the best way to solve any issues you are having. It is probably not even the solution you are looking for. You do not have to feel this way and you certainly do not need to struggle alone.
